¿Who can register?

All those people who are professionally or personally dedicated to purchasing vehicles around the world.

The application process is online: simply search for the car you want, click Start Purchase, choose Finance with COCHES VISSER SL, and then enter basic financing information. We'll call you with the terms once you've completed the form.

¿Cómo me registro?

You can easily register via the registration button. Registration on the Automotive Trade Center is completely free. To register for a viewing account, please contact us. Once you have completed your registration, you will have direct access to the platform. To register for a bidding account, click here. Once your registration has been verified and approved, you will receive access to the platform within one business day.

¿What documents do I need to submit to the VISSER COCHES SL to register??

To use the VISSER COCHES SL platform as a business/dealer, you will initially need to provide the following information: Your direct CONTACT US information A copy of a valid ID A copy of your Chamber of Commerce A copy of an official document from the tax authorities showing a valid VAT number All details about your business

¿How long does registration take??

Completing the registration form will only take a couple of minutes. You can expect a response from us within one business day.

¿Who inspects and describes the digital inventory?

Vehicles are inspected and digitally described by professional inspection companies or by the vehicle owner themselves using a fixed process. The Terms and Conditions for each auction clearly state who provided the vehicle description.

¿Why is my account blocked??

If you fail to comply with the Automotive Trade Center's General Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to block your account and deny you access to the Automotive Trade Center. If your account is blocked, you may contact ABOUT US by email.

Claims

¿Where can I file a claim??

You can submit a claim by email. Claims must be accompanied by a registration document, a VIN, and a clear description of the claim, including photographs. All claims are subject to the General Terms and Conditions.

¿What are the claim guidelines??

Claims over €500 are assessed individually. Claims under €500 are generally not accepted. This is part of the used car purchase agreement.

¿What are my options if a claim is denied??

We believe it's important to build a lasting relationship with you. If your claim is unfairly rejected, we can hire an independent expert to assess the situation and advise you on a solution. The costs of hiring an expert are at your expense.

Yes! We help our customers save through our vast network of lending partners. We work with over 15 banks and financial institutions to make sure you get the best rate available.

BUY PROCESS

¿How bidding works?

The amount you offer excludes taxes and buyer's costs. The General Terms and Conditions of your offers always clearly indicate the costs you can expect. Dutch company: VAT included and GMP included - GROSS. EU company: VAT excluded and GMP excluded - NET. Non-EU company: VAT excluded and GMP included.

¿Can I cancel my offer??

Offers at COCHES VISSER SL are binding. If you have already placed an offer, you cannot cancel it.

¿When will I know that an offer has been successful??

You'll see if you've won the vehicle in the bid list. The bid is finalized within 24 hours of the bid being awarded. You'll then receive a purchase confirmation and an invoice including the purchase costs.

¿What are the costs??

You only pay if you win a vehicle. We also charge fixed costs for the buyer. The current costs for the buyer are listed in the auction terms and conditions on the vehicle details page.

¿What vehicle documents do I receive??

All vehicles come with the correct registration documents so you can sell or register (or re-register) them in your own country without any problems. All vehicles come with an RDW odometer report and type approval information (CVO/COC data).

¿Who describes the digital inventory?

Vehicles are described by the professional inspection department. All vehicles are inspected.

PAY PROFORMA INVOICE

¿What are the payment conditions and terms??

For proper payment, we require the following information: The full name of your bank account must match your full name on file; The amount must exactly match the invoice amount; and the vehicle's stock number, which can be found on the vehicle description page, must be clearly indicated.

¿Why is the invoice higher than my offer??

Offers always exclude the buyer's fixed costs.

¿When do I receive an invoice with or without VAT and/or BPM??

This depends on the country of registration. If you are registered as a business in the Netherlands, you will receive an invoice that includes VAT and BPM (gross). If you are registered as a business in the EU, you will receive an invoice that does not include VAT or BPM (net). If you are registered as a business in a non-EU country, you will receive an invoice that does not include VAT but does include BPM. *Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein are members of the European Economic Area (EEA), but are an exception to the rule. A BPM rate of 0% applies in these countries.

¿I receive a payment confirmation?

Our systems check several times a day to see if your payment has been received. Once payment is received, you will immediately receive a payment confirmation or a collection notification.

¿When should I send proof of payment??

Only for your first purchase or for specific inquiries. We conduct these inquiries to build mutual trust. Otherwise, your vehicle will never be released based solely on proof of payment.

¿What payment time do I have??

You must pay the invoice within 24 hours of receiving the pro forma invoice and purchase contract.

THE DELIVERY

¿When can I pick up my vehicle??

The vehicle you've won is automatically released once payment has been received (credited to your account) and the vehicle documents are ready. You will receive a pickup message by email that you can use to inform us of the storage location. This location is indicated in your pickup message. We try to keep delivery times as short as possible for you. For domestic transactions, the vehicle will be delivered within five business days to the registered address, so you do not need to pick it up.

¿How do I know where to pick up my vehicle??

The address where you must pick up the vehicle is indicated in the pickup message. Vehicles are always stored in a secure location.

¿Is it possible that my vehicle will be delivered to me??

Yes, in many cases this is possible. This also applies to international shipments. To learn about current options and rates, please contact the Remarketing department via email.
